Costs to be borne
by the Purchaser

Art. 7. The Costs of the said Enquiry obtaining the said Verdict shall be borne
by the said intended purchaser.

On application made within a fortnight after the finding of such Verdict
on the part of any of the parties interested the

if applied for

Art. 8. Upon P application made within a fortnight after

Supplemental
price to be applied

Art. 9. The supplemental price so found as aforesaid
shall be paid to the Accountant General and a receipt
be by him given for this money, the sums money to be applied
and laid with in the in the aforesaid original

price shall be and by him disposed of in the same
manner as the original price abovementioned.
