Governor Estate charged with to operate
the Bridge.
Art. 17 Charge Provided also always that the charge obligation of keeping
that the expence of keeping in repair the said
Bridge when rebuilt shall be at all times thereafter as aforesaid shall be for ever
upon the owners of as a charge upon the said Panopticon-Hill
Estate.

Satisfaction to
owners of adjacent
lands.
Art. 18. Provided also that no unnecessary damage
be done to the owners of the adjacent lands, and
that for such unavoidable damage, if any, as may
be necessary to the making of the said cut cut; due
satisfaction be made either by agreement to the said owners,
and occupiers according to their respective interests, either by a
agreement or in default of such agreement thereof, according to the
valuation of a Jury to be impanelled in like
manner and on like conditions as according to abovementioned + +

The whole to be
distributed among
persons in esse
F Such compensation-money, if any be due, may
be made the whole of it to persons to pe in esse at the
time of the valuation, and shall be distributed among them
if more than one according to an apportionment to be made
by as the case is between the parties and or by the Jury: and in
case of its being due in any part to a person or persons under disability, if shall be disposed
of remain as a charge upon the said Estate with
interest at 4 per Cent untill the disability be removed:
