Power of the Court
Art.3. Such subsidiary Court Extraordinary Subsidiary Court may provisionally take
such order as occasion may require: stating in
detail in the body of such order as well the reasons
as the evidence on which the same is grounded,
and reserving all punishments inflicted as such,
and as far as conveniently may be all other
matters, for the decision of the said Ordinary Court Court of the King's Bench

Appeal to the
King's Bench
Art. 3 4 Any person — conceiving The Governor, if he should conceive himself aggrieved by
the order of the said Extraordinary Court may
appeal to the Court of the King's Bench. But this,
(except what concerns punishments as aforesaid)
without stay of execution, and only for subsequent
redress.

Appeal to the
House of Lords
Art. 5 The Governor should he conceive himself aggrieved
by any judgment of amotion suspension,
Any person conceiving himself aggrieved by
censure or any other judgement or
order of the Court of King's Bench touching in
the exercise of this their the said the power thereto thereunto
attributed by this Act may appeal to the House
of Lords: but this also without stay of execution
except what concerns punishment as aforesaid.
