Art. 6. In the hearing of such Appeal the House of
Lords shall receive no evidence under other than
what is shall have been annexed as aforesaid to the
order of the said Court: unless it be such as w
either was rejected or for want of being sooner obtainable
could not have been received by the said Court.

For frivolous Appeal,
punishment
as for Contempt.

Art. 7. In case of Appeal from a Conviction, this
or other Judges Order by the Governor or any other individual

Art.7. In the case of such Appeal as aforesaid preferred
the House may in the event of its deeming the Appeal
same frivolous, add to the punishment sentence judgment of the
Court below a sentence as for Contempt, or Breach
of Privilege, and may remittt if its the House should so please remitt
the execution of such sentence to the said
Court below inferior Court.
