Art. 14. The Governor shall at the same time may
along with the said money transmitt to the said Post-Office a Letter
of direction Instruction concerning the payment of thereof
addressed to the said Postmaster: which said
Letter may be in according to the Form marked [C.5.] which
and shall thereupon forthwith be to forwarded from
the said Office, together with an backed by an annexed order annexed
from the proper Officer to the said Post Master,
which Order may be according to the Form marked
[C.6.]

Art. 15. The S said Post Master shall upon the receipt
of such Letter of Request direction and Order as
aforesaid duly comply obey with execute the said Order and
shall thereupon make on receiving a from the Annuitant proper receipts [+] [+] which may be according
to the Form
marked [C.7.] pay over to the Annuitant
him the sum so remitted to him to the General Post Office, to wit in one payment
or by monthly or weekly instalments according
to the directions of instructions given in the said Letter. if Request asking
of the Annuitant duplicate triplicate receipts, one for
himself, another deducting as his fee if the said such payment
being a half yearly payment be to be made at once, 1d: if being a quarterly
payment is to to be made at once, the sum of 6d if in either case it be to be made by Monthly instalments,

time 1d and no more.
