Unalienable: but in case of felony forfeitable for felony
the benefit of the Governor on whom the offence will
have drawn down imposed the burthen of indemnification
consideration of the indemnification-money which he a
bound to pay for the offence in reparation of the injury towards satisfaction for
Unalienable: but in the event of a felonious offence
committed at any time by the Annuitant, forfeited
for the benefit of the Governor on whom
such offence will hav in pursuance of the said
Act have thrown the burthern of indemnification-money
to be paid in reparation of the name of
