all other persons wandering about and begging
are without other offence denominated Rogues
and Vagabonds and made committable besides
being repeatedly whipped or ind made committable for the
first offence for a term six months and upward,which may amount
to near nine months, and for a second offence to may be

inlisted in his Majesty's service by Sea or Land
