And to the end that the Governor may
have a timely notice to in the first instance
on the first setting up of the said intended Metasylum
have some meanings of means of calculating
the number of the said Prisoners for to whose
reception the buildings belonging to the said intended same
Metasylum are to be adapted And
Whereas such of the said Prisoners as are intended to
be delivered to him in the first instance will
have their terms of different durations, of
which some will want both two may ⊞ ⊞ by the terms of the said offer of contract want no more than
two years of being exposed Be it enacted
that at any time after beyond six months after
the for opening of the said Penitentiary House completion of the first intended number
for the reception of of one thousand Prisoners the said Governor
may present to any or every of the said
Prisoners a table list of their options as aforesaid, ⊞ ⊞ naming at the same time a certain day not less than three months distant on which the determination of such Prisoner shall be made, during which period of deliberation no determination shall be binding upon the said Prisoner. requiring to determination of such
Prisoner to be signified within three moths
of the day when such list shall have been so
presented to him: at the end of expiration of
which period shall accordingly express his
determination accordingly: which said notice
and determination may be expressed conceived according
to the Form marked [ ]
