Metasylum-man's Emancipation therefrom thereupon.

Whereupon in virtue of the authority given
me by the Act aforesaid Section Art. I do
hereby declare him the said A.M. completely
emancipated.
Witness my hand

Consequences of compleat emancipation as aforesaid.

1. The said emancipated person is from hence forward
free to engage or not in the Metasylum
as he thinks proper.

2. But at any future time or times, the Governor,
at his desire, is bound to engage him therein,
but may choose whether he will to engage him
for less time than a year.
