3 Deportment
2. The Said A.P. shall during the time aforesaid behave
himself soberly, as also honestly, obediently dutifully, obediently, faithfully and diligently
towards the said Governor, and honestly and all persons
in authority under him, and honestly and peaceably towards
the all fellow servants of him the said A.P.
III. Master's Undertakings.

Masters undertakings viz:
1. Wages
3. The said Governor shall during the said year afor give
weekly wages to the said A.P. at the rate of per
week.

Other allowances
4. He shall also find him in [There state whatever
allowances if any in respect of apparel, washing, lodging
or other articles, the Governor in virtue of
his contract with Government or otherwise think fit
to make.]

Provision during infirmity.
5. He shall also, in case of infirmity on the part
of the said A.P., make sufficient provision for him
throug the same during the same as well in respect of in medicine
as of sustenance, during the same. ⊞ ⊞ retaining in consideration of such provision retaining the said wages, or such part thereof as shall be proportioned to the failure of the said A.P. in respect of his earning the same. Witness the hands
