Any such proposed Bondsman Guardian of upon
being rejected by the Governor, may if he thinks fit
appeal against such rejection by applying
by petition in a summary way to any Judge
of the court of Thing's Bench at one plant
at the Chambers of the said Judge, annexing
to his petition the a true pag copy of such his petition or
examination or examinations as aforesaid:
which said Judge may either on cross the face of such
examination or examinations reject such petition
in the first instance or command order the
attendance
order the Governor to shew
cause out of Court why the same shall not be accepted;
and thereupon exami proceed to make a definitive
order, after examining examination of the parties and
their witnesses viva voce: upon either awarding
costs as in any such proportion as he shall
think f meet.
