The obligation on the part of the

The Bondsmanship as well as Guardianship of the a Friendly Bondsman
Guardian shall cease upon any of the following
events: viz:

1. His ceasing to be a House-keeper within the
Kingdom of Great Britain: provided he has
given due notice thereof to the Governor: otherwise his power as Guardian shall have ceased, his obligation as Bondsman but shall continue, although his Guardian shall be as ceased.

2. His having become having become insane.

3. His becoming Bankrupt having been declared a Bankrupt.

4. His having made any general composition with his Creditors.

6 5. His having taken the benefit of any Insolvent
Act.

5 6. His remaining a Person in any Jail for a month together His having been a month together under confinement
in any Prison or Prisons within the said Kingdom.

⊞ ⊞ 7. His having been outlawed or convicted of any offence of the degree of felony, or sentenced to corporal punishment, other than imprisonment for less term than as aforesaid.

8 8 His death: nor shall the obligation not descending
upon his Representatives except in respect
of forfeitures already incurred during his life
time.

Upon On the cessation of the such Bondsmanship as
aforesaid, the Ward shall, upon summons notice
given him on the part of the Governor, be denied
to be stand engaged to repair to the Metasylum
there to serve from year to year, as if he had originally
engaged himself for that purpose: therein: and if
upon receipt of such notice he do not as soon
or conveniently with all convenient speed repair
and surrender himself thereto, he shall be deemed
guilty of absentation from service or of desertion
from service in as hereinafter mentioned, according
to the nature of the case.
