Art. 4 Such Guardian may if
If no such Emancipatory Release or Licence
shall have been executed by such Guardian him
in favour of such his Ward, may at any time
surrender up the body of the said Ward to the
Governor or his Representative at the Metasylum.

Art. 5 Such Guardian
And Shall Moreover in case of his apprehending any
bit hindrance or molestation in his endeavours so to to
make such surrender as aforesaid, he
may on application to any one Justice of the
Peace obtain a Warrant of Assistance commanding
all persons as well in general and in particular act
Sheriffs Constables and others his Majesty's Officers
and Ministers,⊞ ⊞ as well within liberties as without through Great Britain, to yield him such assistance as
for the said purpose shall be necessary a Warrant said Warrant shall be in form as well without as
for procuring him the requisite assistance therein within the regular local jurisdiction of such Justice.

Art. 6. So also, after ones Emancipatory Release or License,
and a Revocation thereof duly executed as aforesaid
if upon of upon notice joint Notice of Recall to the Metasylum received on the part of the
said Guardian and the said Governor the said Ward
shall not have surrendered himself at the said Metasylum
f in pursuance of such notice, or shall not
have set out in time for so surrendering himself by
the day appointed, or if it should by the Oath
of such Guardian or any person on his behalf it should appear that the there
apprehension is reason to apprehend that the giving of such notice would
