Friendly Guardianship IX

If Art. 10 if any such Bond a renewal may
be expected at any time on the same without the
same being restamped

Art. 10. On the execution of such Bond by the Guard Friendly
said Guardian, an Assignment of the Wardship
of such quondam Prisoner shall be made executed by the
Governor in favour of such the said Guardian,
of which Assignment there shall be triplicates
copies or originals: one to be delivered to the Guardian,
another to be kept by the Governor, and
the third to be executed delivered to the Ward: and
each original shall be executed by all three.
