XI Friendly Guardians

Art. The several instruments instruments in this
Sect. Art. Art. The instruments mentioned in the previous
section may mutatis mutandis be respectively conceived according
to the Forms following Forms, viz:

1. The Friendly Guardian's Accreditation Certificate,
according to the Form marked EF.12

2. The Friendly Guardian's previous examination, according
to the Form marked EF.21

3. The Friendly Guardian's Bond, according to EF.3.

4. The Assignment of Wardship, according to EF.4.

5. The Guardian's emancipatory Release, according to EF.5-

6. The Guardian's Emancipatory Licence, according to EF.6-

7. The Revocation of such Release or Licence, according to EF.7.

8. Notice of Recall thereon, according to EF.8.

9. A Warrant of Assistance for Conveyance of a
Ward never emancipated, according to EF.9.

10. A Warrant for Capture and Conveyance after Emancipation
revoked, according to EF.10.

11. A Petition for the Renewal of a such Assignment of
Wardship, according to F.11.

12. A Paper [...] Instrument of Instruction to a Country Post Masterfor relative to his attesting the execution of such Renewal and of the Renewal of such Bond, according to F 12

Act. As Every such Assignment of Wardship, Emancipatory
Release or License, or Revocation of Release or
Licence need be thought shall be exempt from stamp-duty: and of any such Bond a
renewal may be executed at any time or times without
the same being restamped restampt.
