Examination
5. That, for as much as under the said Statute it
it is necessary that every such Friendly Guardian should
give a bond for under the penalty of £50 for the good
behaviour of performance of divers undertakings therein understood to
pass an examination in manner hereafter following,
thereby to justify himself as able upon to
occasion to bear the penalty of such Bond and
as also being in all other respects a fit person to be
entrusted in the capacity aforesaid, he the said
F.G. is accordingly desirous to undergo such examination
accordingly.
6. Whereupon at the request of the said F.G.
I have proceeded to take such his examination upon oath which
is as follows.
Examination.
1. Being examined touching his name, the Examinant
saith that it is O F.G. as aforesaid: that
he hath always gone by the said name, and never
by any other. Or if there hath been any assumption
of a new name state it: if accordingly to law
that the manner and occasion: if otherwise than
according to law, examine particularly with regard
to the time, occasion, cause motive and circumstances
