8. Should the said A. P W have died have died before the expiration
of this year my year of Guardianship and have been buried at any
place wh and his burial have been registered any
where within Great Britain, I will as soon within
one Calendar Month of such burial produce to the
Governor if it be in my power so to do a certificate thereof.

9. 10 Should I beli to my said Ward according to the best of my belief
have died, without my his burial having
being registered as above aforesaid, or without my
being able to procure a certificate thereof, I will
on or before the expiration of the said year

or so soon after
as the time of such
supposed Death would
allow

personally appear
before the Governor or his Agent as aforesaid
either at the Panopticon Penitentiary House or
at the Metasylum, and then and there declare if duly required, declare in order to be examined upon oath
what I know or believe touching the time and manner
of such War said his Death or supposed death: and I consent
that if I can do not prove, being thereunto called upon
in due course of law, that the said A. P. W. died within
the said Year, or within one Calendar Month thereof he shall be considered as still not
having having died within that time , and the penalty of this Bond as having been herein contained forfeited
in consequence for the not having produced him
become forfeited in consequence. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand

N.B. This obligation of paying making the conti payment
for an additional Requiem Annuity ceases as soon
as the sum of the quondam Penitentiary-Man's Requiem
Annuities amounts to [£ 15. s d ] commencing at the age of [65]
