5. In the event of my quitting ceasing during the continuance
of this my Bondsmanship to occupy the House
I occupy as aforesaid, or beginning to occupy
another, I will within a week before or after
such cessation or commencement give notice advice thereof
to the Governor, and that in such manner that
he may know how to find me, and in particular how to direct to me by Post:
and so totius quotius as often as any such cessation
or commencement shall take place
6. In the event of my said Ward's Ward's quitting
his present intended place of ordinary abode or betaking himself
to another I will also give notice as aforesaid, and
that in such a manner that the Governor may
know how to find him, and in particular how to direct to him by the Post: and so
as before, as often as occasion shall arise.
N.B. Notwithstanding this engagement the right of
the Governor to recall remand the Bondsman's Ward to
the Metasylum revives in any of the following events
viz:
1. Death of The Bondsman ceasing to be a Housekeeper
within the Kingdom of Great Britain
2. His becoming Bankrupt
3. His taking the benefit of an Insolvent Act.
4. His being in Jail any Jail for a month together,
on any account as in Prison
5. His ceasing to be a Housekeeper. death.
In the case of a Woman [who must be single] add
In the event of my marriage marrying I will within a week
after the same give advice thereof, to the Governor, and that
in such manner that he may know how to find my husband, and in particular how to direct to him by Post.
