3 And whereas at the request of the said A. W. hath accordingly requested me to become
3. And whereas at the request of the said A. W.
and according to the conditions contained in the Stat Statute
of the 34 Geo. 3 aforesaid I have consented
to be bound for him in the quality capacity of his Friendly
Guardian Guardian
4. And whereas the said Governor hath also
signified his consent to accept of me in the station said capacity
and to execute in
my favour an Assignment
of the Wardship
of the said A.
W.
I do accordingly engage as follows, that is to say:

III Conditions or Undertakings.
1. I will on the aforesaid

of [ month ] appear
by myself or Agent at the said Penitentiary-
House [or at the Metasylum,] and then and there take
the said A. W. under my charge.
2. I will from the day aforesaid until that
day twelvemonth provide for the maintenance of
the said A. W.: and for every charge which if through my failure
therein for every any charge should shall have devolved upon any
Parish or P other Place of Settlement person or
persons, I will make full amends.
3. In the event of the said A. W.'s being
convicted (which God forbid!) of any felony or felonies committed
during the aforesaid year term of this my
Guardianship, I will to the extent of the penalty of this my
Bond make pecuniary amends for any damage
occasioned
