4. Removal of Bond
or Surrender of
Body

4. On or before the expiration of this my year of
Guardianship, I will, if my said Ward be then
alive, either renew this Bond for the year ensuing
or by myself or Agent surrender up the
body of the my said Ward (unless by sickness
he be under then incapable of being removed without
danger) to the Governor or his Agent Representative
Representative at the Metasylum.

5. Payment of
purchase money
for Annuity

5. If the said A.W. be living, I will also then
and there cause to be paid to the Governor or
his Agent as aforesaid the sum of [ £ s d ]
being as and for the said A. W.'s payment
for that the said ensuing year at the rate of a week for
the purchase of a further annuity of [ £ s d ]
a year to commence at his age of [ ] in addition
to the usual sum of [ £ s d ] being,
as I am informed, the sum of the Requiem Superannuation
Annuities already purchased by him.

risen to the sum fixed upon by the Governor as the
