1. Assignment
of Wardship

Whereas on the day of [Month Year] an Assignm
at the request of the said A.W. the Wardship of him the said A.W. was under the
said Act assigned to me in quality of his Friendly Guardian by the Governor of the
General Panopticon Penitentiary House, [+] [+] for the term of
one Year from the
date thereof; as appeareth
by the Deed of Assignment thereof in my possession
an a true Copy whereof was according to the said Act, taken and retained by the said Governor, and
another given to the said A.W. —

Emancipatory
Release

2. And whereas on the day of [Month Year] at
the farther request of the said A.W. the whole [+]2 [+]2 [or if by Licence
say a certain portion] of
my the power over over him the said A.W. convey'd to me by the said Assignment convey'd
over as with relation to the said A.W. in a quality
as aforesaid was under certain conditions and limitations
released [+]3 [+]3 [if by Licence say
remitted] by me to and in favour of him the said A.
W. as appeareth by the said any Deed of Release or Deed
of Licence of the date aforesaid given to him the said A.W.
one Copy whereof a true one Copy is in my possession and another was given to by by the said A.W. given
to the said Governor.

3. Power of Revocation

3. And whereas in the number of the said Conditions
was a clause enabling me at my time with
the concurrence of the said Governor to revoke
such my Release — [or License]
