3. That this Complainant is now desirous so to surrender
the said A.W. accordingly.
4. That this Complainant it is accordingly the intention
of this Complainant either in person or by
some fit Agent on or about next to set out on the journey
to the said Metasylum, tended out taking with
him the s his said Ward.
5. But for as much as he apprenhendeth [or as he
is not certain but] that his said Ward, through
although thereto bound by Law in law and duty bound, would not be willing
matters to repair, but might during the course of
such intended journey be tempted to escape and from
his bounden service to at the said Metasylum unlawfully to
absent himself or utterly to desert
6. In consideration thereof this Complainant now
herewith prayeth me that in persuasion of the authority
given me in that behalf by the said Statute Sect. VIII
Art. I would issue in his favour a Warrant of
Assistance directed to all Masters Officers and
Ministers of our Lord the King at every place
through which in the his way to the said Metasylum
there may be occasion for the said A.W. with or without
his said Guarding to pass, requiring them to yield
unto him the said F.G. in that behalf all such assistance
as for the safe-custody and conveyance of
the said A.W. during the said journey shall be necessary.
7. In consideration whereof, I do hereby grant unto
the said A.F.G. such my Warrant, which is as follows: viz
