Post Masters Instructions relative to delivery of renewed
Wardship-Assignment to Ward.

Instructions to from the Governor of the General
Panopticon Penitentiary-House according to the Statute
of 34.Geo:3. Ch. §. relative to the delivery of
Post Master of the Town of in the County of
relative to his delivery of an delivering to A.W. the Assignment of the
Wardship of A.W. a the said A.W. to F.G. after
re-execute renewal thereof by the said Governor.
General Panopticon Penitentiary-House this day of [Month Year]

Sir

Along with this I send two Papers —

1. TheA Paper marked [A.] being the aforesaid Assignment
of Wardship as renewed by me on the day of
last.

2. A Paper marked [B] being a blank Certificate to
filled up and signed by you.

The same being by you you received —
This is in his Majesty's name to require you, as
by §. Art. of the said Act you are bound —

1. In application made by you to you in person by
the said A.W. to deliver to him the said Paper
Marked [A.]

2. That done to retransmitt to me (which you may
do by Post) the said Certificate marked [B]: the blanks
therein contained being first duly filled up by you
according to the truth of the case, and the Paper signed
by you thereupon. Witness my hand
