Art 32. Any quondam Penitentiary prisoner committed for trial to
the said Penitentiary House for in virtue and with as aforesaid
authority of this state shall be tried at the
next General Sessions of the Peace for the County
in which the same comes to be situated: or at any
subsequent Sessions to which the Justices in such
Sessions may for due cause adjourn the trial
thereof.

Art. 33 Provided that the Court of King's Bench
may for due cause order such Prisoner to be
tried elsewhere at the discretion of the said Court. Art. 34.
