such Treasurer taking for his indemnity the said Bill
of exchange, indorsed to him by the person to whom
the money shall have been so advanced: or where the should such Court
has any other in any instance have any other
funds at its disposal, it may in like manner
cause the such advance to be made out of any such other
funds: for and for the drawing of which said Bill the such officer may
take for his fee 1s, adding the same to the amount of such Bill together with
the price of the stamp.
