And whereas, in virtue of this Art the said Governor is hereby bound
to personal and periodical attendance at the Court
of King's Bench and may likewise at any time be personally convened and examined by and before the same whereby on which occasion any person
justice may be done against him in the most a more
speed summary speedyand substantial manner at the
complaint of any person whatsoever
than according
to the ordinary forms of an Action at Law Be
it enacted that any dispute between the Governor
and the party or Parties in whose favour any such
Bill may come to have been drawn shall be
heard and determined in the summary way
above mentioned and not otherwise.
