Immediately Upon notice received of such adjudication
of assessment as aforesaid the Overseers of
the Poor for the Parish so assessed shall make a rate and
procure the same to be allowed in the same manner
as such Overseers in general are in general are
in by law they are bound to do for the maintenance
of Paupers within the hands of their respective Parishes:

And whereas when the said intended Metasylum
comes to be open for the reception of discharged
Penitentiary Prisoners it may chance that many divers
of them will have families for their have been already married and
have families ⊞ ⊞ of which all or some of the members may be incapable of maintaining themselves and that such for the subsistence in respect of the maintenance
of which families whereof of which families the respective fathers heads thereof any
when engaged in the said Metasylum may
either through inability or perverseness prove more

of the said establishment or afterwards the chargeable
members of such families although like their
maintained in and by their respective Parishes in in different parts of the England
