of any evidence capable of removing such doubts
they shall so make subjoin such declaration
accordingly respectively: or should they see prospect of any
such evidence, they shall accordingly specify subjoin
a specification an indication of the same.

Of such order of adjudication there shall
be the peculiar quadruplicates: of which one shall
be kept by the Governor at the Penitentiary
House: of and the those others or transmitted by
him, one to the General Sessions of the Peace
for the County in which the same is situated, another to the General Sessions for County
in which the Place of Settlement Parish so charged is
situated, and the other to one the Overseers of the
Poor for the place Parish so charged: and the same
shall be filed by the respective Clerks of the Peace further
be filed among the Records of the Courts to which they shall
have been or respectively transmitted.

Such order, having been transmitted to
the Overseers aforesaid, shall if not appended no appeal be hath ⊞ ⊞ within the space of three months been for a year hath have been preferred nor other proceeding
had as hereinafter mentioned, be on the pr part of such Place of SettlementParish,
be conclusive.
