the Overseers for the Parish so charged should see ground
any time within three six months if they see ground
for supposing suspecting that any such examination
the examination aforesaid such ground
the matter of fact by such order of Adjudication supposed is in any respect
the facts supposed by such order any restriction
insomuch not true and that therefore the Place for accordingly the said Parish
which they are Overseers is not the rightful
Place of Settlement of the person in question
may by petition and that the evidence of any p specific
person or persons whom they could point out
could would be material and likely to ratify
such error as aforesaid such Overseers may
by petition Such Petition ⊞ ⊞ at any time within three months after their receipt of such Order with the Examination or Examinations thereto annexed address themselves by Petition to the Justices in General
Sessions of the County wherein such person inhabits,
praying the Justices of such Court to depute some one
or more persons of themselves or their fellows to
take the examination of such person: and the
said Justices upon which said petition shall may
be stated a Justice be ad comitation Petition for Subsidiary or supplemental
examination, and may be according to
the Form marked [I.1.] and shall be accompanied
by a copy signed by a true copy declared attested as such by under the signature of the person or persons
at by whom such letter shall have been signed) of
such order of adjudication as aforesaid with the examination or examinations
thereto annexed.
