If in consequence of any such subsidiary
examination as aforesaid, such Parish Overseers should
think fit to appeal, such appeal shall be
preferred at farther either at the next Sessions or
at the next Sessions but one after the order of
adjudication appealed from shall have been
received: unless provided that the Court of King's Bench or
a any one Judge thereof shall may on application
of on behalf of either party make any such
enlargement of the time as may appear conducive
to the furtherance of justice, costs to be borne by
the party so applying, unless in as far as may
be shall have been otherwise ordered by the said
Court.

At the time of such hearing, the several
examinations taken as above-mentioned may be produced
by or on the requisition of the parties respectively
interested in their production: and the attested
copies so transmitted as aforesaid aforesaid shall
any one of them be admitted as good evidence,
subject always to correction by the originals
