Any Parish which for three months last
preceding the discharge of any Penitentiary Prisoner
from the Penitentiary House shall have been in the
habit of maintaining or relieving the said family of
any such Prisoner or any part thereof shall be
deemed the Place as against the of Settlement
remain charged with the maintenance of such
