Of such order of adjudication assessment there shall be
delivered to the Governor triplicates: one to be
kept by him among the muniments of the Penitentiary
House: another the two others to be convey transmitted
by him one to the General Quart Sessions of the
Peace for the County as aforesaid: and the other
to be remitted transmitted by him to the Place
of Settlement in which by such adjudication
the burthen is imposed

Provided also that, for the administering maintenance
making procuring or of any such supplemental provision for any
such Pauper family any place of Settlement the Overseers for Parish any Parish may Contract
with the Co said Governor at the Metasylum
or any such place as shall be agreed upon where
the Parish may have access to
for their the maintenance of any such Pauper Family it at the Metasylum or any
place not so far distance foremost therefrom but that Husband
may have sufficient convenient access to Wife and Parent to Child &
such Overseers may in lieu of any such supplemental
allowance as aforesaid contract with the said Governor
and that in the same manner as under the
Statute of the 9th year of the reign of King George
the first Chapter 7th any Parish may contract for the maintenance
of the Poor within the precincts of the
same: and in such case any member of such
family In
