The error in a copy so received as aforesaid
in place of an original, no judgement or order shall
not be reversed altered or altered unless the same be so far material
as to have led the Court into a judgment
which if th inasfar as the judgment or order grounded
on such copy is different from what it would
have been had the original and not the copy
been produced.
Art. For cost delay and any other inconvenience
that may shall have resulted from the productive of production of an ungenuine paper as genuine or of an erroneous copy as true the party by whose
default the error took place or if the fault be personally in any Agent or Attorney of his, such Agent or Attorney shall be responsible:
and if the any damage should in such inconvenience there be included
any damage beyond what can be made up by allowance
of costs the Court may to the amount of such damage impose a fine and apply the produce of such fine thereof in satisfaction thereof of such damage
This production as of an erroneous copy producing or to be produced
instead of an original on the part of by any one conscious
of its erroneousness or entertaining any purposeness
of its erroneousness with the declaring the same
Art. IOf any one person who being conscious of the erro or entertaining
a suspicion of the a suspicion of such ungenuineness or erroneousness of a copy in any
material point do for the pur shall be concerned in producing or presenti
the production thereof same as true, without declaring concealing such
his consciousness or suspicion at the time, may be
punished by indictment as for a fraud: and matter
of high aggravation or as if he was to be concerned in keeping back
the original for that such purpose as shall be deemed matter if aggravation high aggravation.
