Art. To a copy of a copy, and so on in any degree however
remote the same effect may be given as to an immediate copy, under
the same reservations and conditions as aforesaid.
The Court on giving a judgment or order grounded on
any such copy may make such judgment or order conditional
declaring that the same shall be absolute, either upon
depending upon the verification subsequent proof conclusive proof of such copy the
genuineness of such original supposed original or of the truth of
by the original, such supposed copy (barring accidents), by a time at a place and
fixed, and by the Court pending and presented by the same:
