by what direction a letter may with certainty be made to delivered into the
mark on delivery of each letter mark by or by a thing
with the separate number continuing such numbers
in their arithmetical order — and shall also then and there in
the Receipt book — in
words or figures mark
down the total number
of letters so marked
and delivered

And whereas by
reason of such
diversity as well as
by reason of the difficulty change
of ascertaining which takes place annually
the abodes of distant
individual men
especially in distant parts of
England

Subject to the limitations indicated by the
above principles, the successions property of persons
deceased may be transferred to made to dissolve upon the public

1. In all cases where the proprietor died without
intestate near relations and intestate in the individuals so interested and

2. In certain cases in limitation of and
concurrence with and in limitation of the
right of bequest.

Art. And whereas in different places there are
Parishes and other Places the care and charge of
the Poor rests on persons of different descriptions and
in different numbers And whereas by reason
of such diversity as well as by reason of the frequent
changes which ta annually for the most part take
place in respect of the individuals so entrusted
and the difficulty of ascertaining the abodes of
such individuals more especially at distant parts
of England it may be difficult for in divers
instances be difficult to know by what means
