or other common establishment instituted by under a Special Act of Parliament or elsewhere otherwise.

Art. 6. And if the Place in question be an Extra-Parochial
Place then the same being named by
to the best of the writer's knowledge or belief by its
proper name and addressed to some
neighbouring Post Town and accompanied or by act the best direction which he can obtain to the any Chapel if case if any such there be thereto
belonging, and if none then delivered to any person at any
one of the principal Houses, choosing in preference one of
the most considerable Houses within such Place. Houses within the Place

Art. Any letter so directed as aforesaid and in the usual
manner put either into the General or Penury Post according to the limits shall be presumed to have been received, and that as well by the Post Master as by the Minister and Overseer of the Poor as aforesaid.

Art. 7. For delivery of every such letter so generally ad
of which the direction shall be conceived in general
terms as aforesaid such the Postmaster shall have may take for
his fee 1d together with 15d 1 1/2 per mile for every
mile (compleat mile taking nothing for portions) which the place of delivery shall be distance
from the Post-office: which said fee the person to
whom the delivery shall have been made as aforesaid (and in the case of an officiating Minister whether he be the Parson or Curate of the Church or only a some other Minister officiating for the occasion) shall pay on delivery, receiving the same
again from the Overseer to whom he shall have
delivered the letter over as aforesaid.
