adding the following words or what is equivalent thereto,
viz: by which direction I may be found by persons
in general and which direction is sufficient to enable
persons in general to find me and letters to reach me
by the Post and that without being delivered to any other person
of the same name.
Art. 12 And to the end that neither may this provision may
neither be inefficient for want of an obligatory penalty,
nor such penalty a snare to his Majesty's subjects for want of sufficient
notification being sufficiently known to any person from whom obedience thereto Bi it enacted that every person
who as often as may either a letter is sent by on the part of the Governor
to which an answer is required by which any thing is required to be sent or signed by any person for the purposes of
this act or any printed or written form is sent
or delivered on the part of the said Governor to the end that
the same may be signed by any person, there
shall be inserted at in the body of on the same paper with such letter or form be inserted a
or Nota bene duly expressive of the requisition
aforesaid: and if such Nota bene bears has been duly
inserted, the receipt thereof along with such letter or
form shall primâ facie be presumed, and every
person omitting to comply with the requisition therein
contained shall on conviction before any one Justice
of the Peace forfeit to the informer if it be through simple negligence not less more than
20s nor less than 2s: or if it be for the purpose of
any any such person giving for the purpose of concealing
himself
