another in the order of the numbers which stand annexed to their respective
Directions in the Post-Letter Issuing Books abovementioned.
Art. 17. A Receipt Book and an Transmission Issuing Book
similar to those already directed to be kept for
Letters received and sent by the General Post
shall also be kept for Letters by the Penury
Post, and the manner of receiving and issuing Letters by the said Penury Post the
same directions shall also be observed.
Art. 18 The said Governor shall also cause to
be kept under said House a Post Post Letter
Issuing Copy Book in which shall be kept a true Copy
of every such Letter issued therefrom. And in such
Book all such Letters as shall have been received by through either of the said Posts
that follow through the said Post shall follow one another in
the order of the numbers marked which stand annexed to
their respective Directions in the Post-Letter
Issuing Direction Books abovementioned.
Art. 19 To all such Books all persons whatsoever
shall at certain have sufficient access at known and convenient and sufficient times,
on payment of such moderate fees as shall be sufficient
to defray the charge of attendance thereupon
have sufficient access at sufficient and convenient
times have sufficient access: and that as well for the
purpose of search and perusal, as for the purpose
of taking copies extracts or copies as they may
be
