Art. 29. And Be it enacted that
whosoever with intent to defraud any person
shall alone or with others be concerned in obliterating,
altering or fabricating any written required or printed instrument
made or purporting to be made in performance
of this Act so or in making a like
fraudulent use of any such obliteration, alteration
or fabrication, or in attempting so to do shall
be deemed guilty of felony, and be committed
to the said Penitentiary House for seven years. Moreover
