Art. 30. Moreover whosoever, with intent to cause any obtain
under prejudice to any person as to the public
of for himself or for any other to obtain person any
other undue advantage, shall alone or with others or to any person or to the public
to cause any undue prejudice shall
be concerned as aforesaid if such offence obliterating,
altering or fabricating any such instructions
of any such obliteration, alteration or fabrication
or in attempting shall be deemed
guilty of felony, and be committed to the said Penitentiary
House for not more than three years
nor less than one year.
