Art. 4. Provided that if by the terms of any such Contract
either the said first intended Governor or any
future Governor should be removable at the pleasure
of the Crown or of his Majesty or of any other person
or persons or that the appointment to the sued Office
should be otherwise than for life or during good behaviour
any Governor so contracting or appointed shall not
in respect of such disability as aforesaid have any
benefit from this Act.
