Things
Said to be
added when?

Substances are said to be added together when
they are spoken of as [considered as] one mass,
th when altho' perhaps the line might be drawn
the boundaries might be marked out between
the several parts, yet when such limits make
no error, when they produce the desired effect
when such things assertions can be predicated
of them as well as if no such limits
could be pointed out as well as if they
were Chemically united.

Suppose a man has a quantity of Butter
you want a pound you go to a Shop
to by a pound of butter. the Shopkeeper
to puts a piece in one scale and
a pound weight into another. this piece
is found not equal to weigh a pound.
he adds another piece puts another piece
into the scale in other w he is said to
add this piece to the other altho perhaps
he does not place in contact with the
other
so or that they shall weigh together as much
as the sum of their separate weights.

Substance are classed according to the fictious Entities [Properties]
Each fictitious Entity serves as a head.
It seems that there are divisions in fictious Entities. some perhaps
exist in all Substances they may be saidcalled Properties of substance.
