ii Pregnant suit, a suit for the , on the
occasion, and for the purpose, and or in the course of which
a sums of money are to be collected, with or without
the distribution of the aggregate thus formed: collected, that is to say whether for the purpose of
its being paid — the whole of it — to one and the same claimant,
or distributed in correspondent shares amongst a
number of co-claimants. For, in the case of any (more of the same so to be collected
one or more of the sums of money so to be collected, of which may happen is — that the person,
at whose hands it is demanded, has or thinks he has adequate sufficient r for declining
to comply with that same
