Accordingly it is only in the character of an argument

this system species of gr and built upon the supposition maintained
by them viz. that the separate interests the interest which the patron
in the subject matter is such as ought in preference
and to the prejudice of the interest ought to be
preserved.
When the speaking of the KIng they speak of him as
of a person whose special interest in the matter ought to be
of and preserved, by the King they mean
be presumed the species not the individual alone
while of Kings not the number individual
