Sinecures

The mischiefs flow from them not as sinecures but as
being composed of fees, and therefore from the efficient offices.

Of such sinecures as being of this class are in
consequence pregnant respectively with a special particular mischief
not having over and above those mischiefs the production of which are result
in
common to them belongs to these with all other sinecures, three samples will be brought to view.

Of these one will serve to as a representative of
that division groupe the tendency of which is to give birth or continuance
to war.

Another of these the tendency a groupe of which the common tendency of which is to give
birth encrease and triumph to injustice.

The third or these the common tendency of which
which uniting in their effects tendency character both their mischiefs
render war more ruinous than it would otherwise
be enhance the miseries mischief or war by the share which
they have in the production of injustice in in so far as the cases
in which the shape it assumes is that of denial of
justice.
