Parly Reform Sinecures

If it be not as above a King's plate run
for as above by two-legged racers without feathers
the connection of a sinecure with any useful public
service is not the closer. It is thus a prize in
a sort of lottery, a prize the turning receipt of which depends upon
the turning up success of a sort of lottery ticket attached
in the manner of a bond to what in Change
Alley is called a bonus to high office.

By any quantity of money attached to office
in this way in the shape of sinecures sinecure, not a penny
is ever shaped saved to the public in the shape
of pension salary, pension, or any other shape.

To be satisfied of this, we need but To satisfy us of on this head nothing more else can beis necessary
than
there needs nothing but a short glance
at the history of the three capital prizes of in
the lottery of sinecures.
