Sinecures
Instead of These embarrassed and involved accounts – instead
of those of a merchant mercantile man suppose them the accounts of
this Great mercantile country. In this case What is there that
should hinder similar merit from having its title to
reward established by similar means.
On an occasion like the present suppose an action
a claim preferred before the proper judicatory a – two claims
preferred by two different hands whom on this occasion
it can not be necessary to particularize. Before a tribunal aptly constituted One of them
would I am inclined to think one of them who whom has not gone altogether without their reward recover good damages:
another the other as I am under some apprehension
would more probably be the fate of another the other: but let
us wait awhile: a trial question of this sort evidence at least
in relation to it, though without any such competent and constituted Judicatory is about to be brought to view,
may perhaps ere long must meet the readers eye.
