Parly Reform

A man not less a man for being a Court favorite
Such So vast a sinecure itself a proof favoritism, than ViceRoys
had intervened between upon the Hobart I grant of the Hobart Clerkship
This was one of the men which gave occasion to the promulgation of the
law which to may who question &c.
There is one of the cases for the questioning of whose fitness
to Judge .

But where it rises to any such enormous sum as above
from the very magnitude of it joined to the circumstance
of its not being bestowed in any such manner as that
the public shall in any shape reap a bene benefit
from it – the power of its being bestowed in this
unworthy manner, is a sufficient indication of the
sort of person in whom it is bestowed.

£12,000 a year the amount of the Seymour
Sinecure Irish Law Clerkship Sinecure is a provision
for a pri Prince: it was is the very amount of the
provision made by the his Majesty, made by the
King in Parliament – for his each of his Majesty's own
regal sons. It is more than is enjoyed by
any one of the Princesses his daughters.

A provision like this such as this? – is this
a provision, that without service either done or looked
for, would be have been made for any man who was not a
Court favourite? The By the very act itself the man fortunate
sinecurist receiver is proved to be so – proved by evidence
much more conclusive than any which it is in the
power of words to constitute.

All luckless , why did not adverse fortune refuse to
place this in those our times. Then would it then would thy breast have
felt no : then in that House which is so falsely
the people, then would the murmurs of all complainers
been drowned in the clamour of thy defenders.
