Parlt Reform SineCures
Give to one who can or will not render any public service
it includes everybody man who has a vote
Thus suppose one of those £12,000 a year Sinecures.
Given to a man who is able and willing to render has rendered
real public service, suppose to the value of £2,000
a year, it the composition of the work number of persons where to it
absorbs by its influence i subdues and
draws into the vortex of dependence is or may be
limited to those who are able to render real public
service to that amount: no one man to whom
nature has in his own opinion denied talents, or hereditary opulence exertion
can render him enter place himself upon the list of candidates for it. Given to a man of whom it is known
that he never had any such pretensions as that of
having rendered a any public service, it includes every
man whom without distinction all men whose birth has or station birth or opulence pla has placed in
the way of receiving such favours from that the all bestowing
hand, and amongst the and above most of them every man who has
a vote – every man who has a vote in that
House in which if it were anything like
what it was designed to be and is pretended to be
that hand would find a controlling check feel a check.
