Partiality an aggravation
Of the several persons thus addressed, it is not by
every one that himself is this disobedient such disobedience is manifested.
But the number of instances in which it is manifested
is such as can not surely by in every bosom
in which the British Constitution or even government
itself is any degree an object of regard,
very serious .
